This Privacy Policy outlines the commitments of Doopera regarding the protection of your personal data as a client, internet user, or user of our services. It details how we collect and use your personal data and your rights in this regard.

Doopera complies with the “Informatique et Libertés” law no. 78 of January 6, 1978, as amended, the “Confidence in the Digital Economy” law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

Doopera has appointed Issam Ben Khelifa, a marketing manager, to ensure compliance with the law and respect for the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation, and portability that you have under the aforementioned texts (contact@doopera.com).

Doopera’s Privacy Policy applies in addition to the legal notices on the website.

Management of Personal Data

In France, personal data is protected by the law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. Doopera complies with the applicable regulations regarding the processing of personal data, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), as well as law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, relating to the protection of personal data, which amends law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on data processing, files, and freedoms (hereinafter “Informatique et Libertés Law”).

When using the website www.doopera.com, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website, the user’s internet service provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. In any case, Doopera only collects personal information about the user for the need of certain services offered by the website www.doopera.com.

The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, especially when they enter it themselves. It is then specified to the user of the website www.doopera.com whether or not they must provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, any user has a right of access, rectification, and opposition to personal data concerning them, by making a written and signed request to the Communication Department, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder, specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the website www.doopera.com is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to third parties. Only the assumption of the purchase of Doopera and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the potential purchaser who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify the data with respect to the user of the website www.doopera.com.

The website is not declared to the CNIL because it does not collect personal information.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, concerning the legal protection of databases.

How to Exercise Your Rights of Access, Rectification, Opposition, Deletion, Portability, and Limitation of Your Personal Data?

In accordance with the provisions of the “Informatique et Libertés” law and the GDPR, you can request the communication of your Personal Data and demand that it be, as the case may be, rectified, completed, updated, locked, or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, outdated, or whose collection, use, communication, or storage is prohibited.

In accordance with article 18 of the GDPR, you can also, if necessary, request to limit the processing (for example, when the accuracy of your personal data is contested by you – and this, for a period allowing Doopera to verify the accuracy of your personal data or when Doopera no longer needs your personal data for processing purposes but they are still necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend legal claims).

In accordance with article 20 of the GDPR, you also have the right, within the limits of the technical means used by Doopera, to request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another data controller, for processing carried out using automated means for which you have given your consent.

In accordance with decree no. 2007-451 of March 25, 2007, for the application of the “Informatique & Libertés” law, your requests must be made in writing and signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature. The request must specify the address to which the response should be sent. Doopera will have a period of one (1) month to respond following receipt of your request.

For your complete information, you have the option to contact the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) (whose contact details are available at https://www.cnil.fr/fr/vous-souhaitez-contacter-la-cnil) in the event that Doopera has not responded to your request within the period of one month from your request. If necessary, this period can be extended by two (2) months, given the complexity and number of requests.
